Traditional Char Siu Pork in Fruity Sauce – Pork loin marinated in Ruby’s special marinade and slow cooked. Stir fried with a selection of vegetables in a fruity sauce.

 

Prawns with Mushrooms – An easy going sauce makes this a light bite and goes great with boiled rice.
