Traditional Char Siu Pork in Szechuan Sauce – Pork loin marinated in Ruby’s special marinade and slow roasted. Stir fried with a selection of Chef’s chosen vegetables in a Szechuan style sauce. Sweet and Spicy!

 

Traditional Char Siu Pork Satay – Pork loin marinated in Ruby’s special marinade and slow roasted. Stir fried with vegetables in satay sauce, a selection of herbs and spices makes this a tasty sauce with a hint of peanut and spice. (Contains Peanuts)
