Traditional Char Siu Pork With Green Peppers & Black Bean Sauce – Pork Loin marinated in Ruby’s special marinade and slow roasted. Stir fried with peppers in Ruby’s famous black bean sauce .

 

Prawns in Szechuan Sauce – Prawns cooked with an array of vegetables in a sweet and spicy sauce, inspired by the Szechuan province of China.

 

Kuen Do Spare Ribs – Ribs slow cooked in Ruby’s marinade and stir fried with a sweet yet slightly peppery sauce.

 

Chicken With Ginger & Spring Onion –  What it says on the tin, fantastic light bite when accompanied with Boiled Rice.

Vegetable Curry – A selection of Chef’s chosen vegetables in Ruby’s Curry Sauce. A selection of herbs and spices makes this curry a tasty and not too hot dish. (V)
